N-TELDATA is a premier service and support company with 28 years of experience supporting home and business systems. Remote Support Connection rate:  $50.00 per half hour 24/7 Business On-Site Service rate:  $120.00 per hour, 1/2 hour minimum Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm Emergency Service On-Site Service:  $200.00 per hour, 1 hour minimum Weekends or after 5pm Save $ with an On-Site Service Contract.

On-Site Service Contracts are sold as a prepaid "Block of Time". Contracts may be purchased for the term of 1 month/30 days or annually.  Our contract customers receive priority service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.      N-TELDATA will be there when you need us.

On-Site Service Contracts are for labor only. Additional charges for mileage may be applied if the customer site is 20 miles or more from Port Angeles, WA
