Remote Support Connection rate:  $60.00 per half hour 24/7 Home/Business On-Site Service rate:  $120.00 per hour, 1/2 hour minimum Mon-Fri 7am to 7pm  Emergency Service On-Site Service:  $200.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum on Weekends or after 7pm Additional charges for mileage may be applied if the customer site is 20 miles or more from Port Angeles, WA

On-Site Service Contracts are sold as a prepaid "Block of Time". Contracts may be purchased for the term of 1 month/30 days or annually.  Our contract customers receive priority service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.      N-TELDATA will be there when you need us.

On-Site Service Contracts are for labor only. Why would you want a service contract?      1.  Prority Service - Fast Response      2.  We Manage the Backup Data and store it securely off-site.      3.  You will have a technician available 24/7 for all your support needs.
